Thanks for Thanksgiving

This year we went to Phoenix for Thanksgiving. The boys had so much fun in the pool that they would wake up in the morning get in as soon as they could talk someone into going with them. The weather was wonderful, we ate Thanksgiving dinner outside. Chareese and Richard received their endowments while we were there and we were also able to see lots of friends and family. It was great.

Where did the Fall go??

Okay, now that we have made it through the holidays (and then some) I will try to get updated with all our events that have gone on the last few months...

The beginning of November Rob had to go to Ashville, NC for work. Ashville is a little mountain town (Referred to as the Park City of the South) about an hour and a half away. Rob had a two bedroom suite, so the kids and I decided to tag along for one of the nights...

Ali's Blessing

Ali was blessed on Nov. 1st. I had the idea to take my wedding dress and have it made into a blessing dress. Seeing that I will never wear it again, I thought at least I would be able to get some good use out of it. A lady in our ward was willing to take on the LARGE project and lets just day she did a fabulous job. My dad and Pat came out for the blessing and Cousin Matt, Carrie and their family came down from Charlotte for the day. It was nice to have family here for the event.

Halloween was a lot of fun this year. Even with all the rain, we still had plenty of candy and not enough sleep. This is Rob's favorite holiday and I think after you view the pictures we will understand why....

Rob Jack-o-lantern, he always goes the extra mile with these...This year instead of candles/propane, he used flares.
Sorry Briggs, somehow I missed taking a picture of your "puking pumpkin" However you did a wonderful job!!

We had all our neighbors over for chili and other goodies...It rained all day and night, so we ended up eating in the garage

Spending the day Down Town

One of our family's favorite things to do is go down town. If you have visited us, you probably already know that, because there is a good chance we took you there. They have great restaurants and a great park. Very family friendly.

Alexandria at 1 Month

Here are some pictures of Ali at one month old. One of the great parts about having a baby, is we get lots of visitors. Grandma Jocko came and stayed for a week, Paige and Glen, Grandma Shelley and Grandpa Bob, and Grandpa and Grandma Burton. It was nice to have the extra hands around. The only problem was, I did not take any pictures of Ali with anyone. Even though Ali is the easiest baby, I did not realize what a difference 3 kids would be.

Little Red Ridinghood

It rained the whole time Grandma Shelley and Grandpa Bob were in town, so one day we went to Jump Zone (inflatable toys) to get some energy out!
